Football is hard. It’s a lot of exercising and being sore and getting tackled. So, why would a former all-Pro wide receiver Brandon Lloyd ever go back when he has a burgeoning acting career?
Lloyd last played for the New England Patriots, and though he was released in March 2013 and is only 32, he has yet to sign with another NFL team. He, instead, has taken a role in – and filmed – a zombie movie called “After Effect.”
Here’s the film’s synopsis, via IMDB: “When college students sign up for what seems a simple paid research study, they soon realize their lives are in danger. Unfortunately they’ve unknowingly volunteered their bodies as human collateral in an ongoing U.S. Military experiment.”
